Location

The Bexhill Enterprise Park lies between the coastal towns of Bexhill and Hastings in East Sussex.

It’s just two miles from Bexhill town centre, rail station and seafront.

It’s the first part of a major new business and residential community being developed on 66 acres of land to the north of Bexhill. In total, there’s scope for up to 600,000 sq ft of business premises and 2,000 new homes.

This new community is being developed in phases, with the Glovers House offices the first to be completed and fully let, and the High Weald House offices (pictured here) now available for occupation.

Supporting roads have also been developed to ensure good connections between the Enterprise Park and the local area, the rest of the region and London. This includes:

  • Combe Valley Way (formerly known as the Bexhill-Hastings Link Road), which connects the Park to Bexhill and Hastings and to the A21 to London
  • Mount View Street, which links the Park locally to Bexhill’s Wrestwood Road, and
  • Haven Brook Avenue (formerly known as the North Bexhill Access Road), which we completed in March 2019 to improve local road links and open up access to further development land

This makes the Bexhill Enterprise Park well-served for travel by car and bus as well as train.

According to Marguerite Gillougley, HR Director of Park Holidays UK (based in Glovers House on the Enterprise Park):

“The transport links are a real asset to us. Staff who previously couldn’t have worked for us before we moved are now able to get here by public transport. Bexhill station is a very reasonable distance and the bus stop for the Enterprise Park is right outside our building – that couldn’t be better.  This has given us so many more opportunities to recruit skilled and motivated staff. The ample, safe parking is appreciated by all staff who drive to work with the journey now so much easier due to the improved road network and road quality.”
