Financial advisory firm chooses Bexhill Enterprise Park to consolidate branches
Financial advisory company Perspective (South East) Ltd has taken a large office on the first floor of High Weald House to consolidate its two East Sussex branches and support its continuing growth.
Perspective Financial Group has 40 offices nationwide and has acquired 116 financial planning firms since its inception in 2008. It’s a growing business – with a quarter of its employees holding chartered status – whose approach is to provide a highly personalised service and maintain the feel of a collection of local companies.
The southeast part of its business supports clients across Sussex, Surrey and Kent and had two branches in East Sussex – one in Pacific House on Eastbourne’s Sovereign Harbour Innovation Park and one in Battle Road in St Leonards.
The company decided to consolidate these branches and sought new offices that could accommodate the two teams and provide room for further expansion.
Its directors chose High Weald House and a 10-strong team of financial advisers, paraplanners and admin staff has now moved in.
Perspective Director Mark Taylor (pictured) explained:
“We wanted one larger, modern, high-quality office.
“It needed to project a professional image in keeping with the high standards of our business. And it needed ample car parking and great road connections to make it easy for our clients to visit us – and us them.
“We also needed premises that offer the flexibility for us to expand with our business, as we’re forecasting consistent growth over the coming years.
“We deliver impartial, professional wealth management advice to clients looking for a long-term financial planning relationship, and we’re greatly looking forward to doing this from our prestigious new offices in Bexhill!”
