The Bexhill Enterprise Park lies between the coastal towns of Bexhill and Hastings in East Sussex.
It’s just two miles from Bexhill town centre, rail station and seafront.
It is the first part of a major new business and residential community being developed on 42 acres of land to the north of Bexhill. In total, there’s scope for up to 500,000 sq ft of business premises and 2,000 new homes.
This new community is being developed in phases from 2015, with the Glovers House offices the first part to be completed and the High Weald House offices soon to follow.
Supporting roads are also being developed to ensure good connections between the Enterprise Park and the local area, the rest of the region and London. This includes the new Combe Valley Way (formerly known as the Bexhill-Hastings Link Road) which was opened in December 2015 and leads directly to the Park.
