High Weald House

High Weald House is a contemporary, 25,674 sq ft office building on the Bexhill Enterprise Park which we completed in 2020. It’s suitable for small, medium and large companies – and ready for occupation now.

It’s an energy-efficient (EPC rating: A(21)), light-filled building with useful shared spaces and ample on-site parking. Offices available within it range from 620 sq ft to 9,488 sq ft.

We’re offering flexible leases for the small and medium offices, incorporating a rolling three-month notice period to give your business the ultimate in flexibility.

High Weald House follows our first development on the Bexhill Enterprise Park – Glovers House – a  25,235 sq ft contemporary office building which was fully let to expanding company Park Holidays UK on its completion in December 2015.
